What if the hair pattern, color or length that I want isn't on your website ?

Hey beauty babes, we have almost every hair pattern, hair color and hair lengths, even up to 30 inches available to purchase. We also can provide transparent lace wigs for the beauty babes who want a more affordable option. Contact us directly at 929-673-0603 or Sales@bwextensions.com to place your order.

Do you provide same day delivery/pick ups?

Yes! We provide same day delivery and pick-ups in NYC, NJ & PA under certain circumstances.

For same day delivery we do require a 50% deposit for drops offs that goes towards the cost of your order.

Ex: If your order cost $100 you must pay $50, so the remaining balance will then be $50 at drop off.

For Pick Ups we do require a 25% deposit that goes towards the cost of your order.

Ex: If your order cost $100 you must pay $25, so the remaining balance will then be $75 at pick up.

Unlike other companies we do not charge a traveling fee but yes we do require a small deposit that goes towards the cost of your order to process your order.

Can I return a product ?

All sales are final. Absolutely NO REFUNDS! But we can do exchanges on UNOPENED items.

Ex: If you ordered straight hair and would instead like deep wave we can exchange the UNOPENED product.

How Can I Purchase Custom Colored Bundles/Wigs ?

On the web page we have a "Custom Colored Bundles" section where you can see the different colors available for PRE-ORDER. After choosing the color that you want, please contact us at 929-673-0603 or Sales@bwextensions.com with the length, pattern and color that you are inquiring about to place your order.

What are the delivery time frame for Custom Colored Extensions?

Please Allow 7 business days for all Colored bundles.

Please allow 10-21 business days for all Custom Colored Wigs as these are made to order.

Are the Custom Colored wigs Transparent or HD lace?

All of our Custom Colored Wigs are TRANSPARENT laces only.

The only HD colored wig we have available are our 613 HD wigs.

What is the difference between HD lace and Transparent Lace?

HD (High Definition) Lace

Thickness: Extremely thin, delicate, almost invisible mesh.
Blend: Melts perfectly into all skin tones without needing much customization (tint/makeup).
Look: Creates the most natural, undetectable hairline, perfect for close-ups, photos, and videos.
Durability: More fragile, requires careful handling.
Cost: More expensive due to its advanced material.

Transparent Lace

Thickness: Thicker and sturdier than HD lace, but still thin.
Blend: Colorless/nearly transparent, but often needs tinting or makeup to avoid a white cast on darker skin tones.
Look: Natural, but the grid can be slightly more visible than HD lace; great for daily wear.
Durability: More durable and forgiving for frequent wear and re-installs.
Cost: More affordable and accessible.

How can I maintain my hair quality ?

• Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo & moisturizing conditioner.

• Detangle softly from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb.

• Hydrate regularly with light leave-in or serum—avoid heavy oils.

• Protect from heat by using a heat protectant and low-to-medium settings.

• Store properly on a satin wig stand and sleep with satin protection.

• Professional coloring only for best results.
